You will get this error message when trying to register a key but your device cannot find the lock in range.
The most common reasons why this happens are:
You are too far from the lock. Try moving closer.
Somebody is already connected to the lock. You will need to wait until they disconnect.
The lock batteries are flat. They will need to be changed.
If you are trying to register a key using the “on-screen” method, make sure the key issuer hits the “Done” button on their screen after you scanned the QR Code, otherwise they will stay connected and you won’t be able to register your key.
